We offer a unique outdoor wood-fired cooking experience that brings people together. Our bespoke feasting menus are thoughtfully crafted and cooked entirely over open flames, creating rich, smoky flavours that really celebrate the ingredients. Hi, I’m Cressy

Chef and founder of Wild Goose Kitchen

I’m a private chef with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, including eight unforgettable years working aboard sailing yachts around the world.

After years on the water, I returned to the rolling hills of Devon and Cornwall, drawn back home to Ashburton, Devon - a beautiful town on the edge of Dartmoor that I fell in love with a few years ago during my culinary training at Ashburton Chefs Academy. There’s something truly special about cooking with ingredients grown just down the road - whether it’s heritage vegetables from a nearby farm or sustainably caught seafood from our stunning Cornish coast.

Now based in Cornwall, I run Wild Goose Kitchen catering to holiday homes, private estates, and retreats across the South West. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a celebratory wood-fired feast, I bring thoughtful, beautiful food to every occasion.
